education. Web 2.0 tools can be used to ensure that students' knowledge is more permanent
and their motivation towards the course is high. These tools can be listed as weblogs,
podcasts, RSS, video sharing sites (VPS) among others. Thanks to these tools, the learners
can take the information more easily and store it in memory, since they are in an active
position. Thanks to the internet diaries, students can easily access the files related to the
course, follow the course announcements and participate in group work. With podcasts,
students gain advantages such as being able to listen to the topics comfortably while doing
other activities during the lesson, listen to the topics they listen to again, pause and continue
whenever they want, and watch the lesson again when they cannot attend the lesson. RSS, on
the other hand, ensures that the educational environment, student achievements, course
content and activities are more effective. With the rapid development of technology, there has
been a significant increase in the use of digital tools and Web 2.0 in the education process. It
is stated that technology is a part of our lives, directing life, learning environment, classroom
and even the methods used in teaching. These technologies, which bring the user to the fore,
are of great importance in terms of sharing in learning-teaching processes. With Web 2.0,
students not only read, but also produce and share materials individually or in groups.
