4.3. POWERPOINT

PowerPoint is a presentation and presentation editing program designed to prepare impressive
visual presentations with content and contains text, images, graphics, videos and animations,

etc..
Each page of a PowerPoint file is called a slide. The presentation is formed by bringing the

slides together. It is the most comprehensive and most used presentation program since it it is
possible to create presentations in different categories.

In versions prior to MS Office 2007, the work file extension was .PPT while the

demonstration file extension was .PPS. In 2007 and later versions, the working file is .PPTX
and the demonstration file is .PPTX.

Microsoft PowerPoint is included in the Microsoft Office suite, which includes other Office
programs. During installation, all Office packages or optionally only PowerPoint can be

selected and installed.

4.4. YOUTUBE
YouTube is cited as an online video hosting platform in official sources. By far the most

popular and dynamic video platform in the world, YouTube offers everyone the freedom to be

a publisher and publish videos. With its headquarters in America, the site joined forces with
Google in 2006. It contains millions of different videos, from music segments to video blogs,

from original videos to educational videos. On YouTube, videos are uploaded directly by
individuals themselves. The site gives users extensive freedom to upload, comment on and

share videos.
