               distance.

               2.1.2. ASSIGNMENTS
Teachers state that most students adapt to online education easily. However, some students

have problems both in class participation and in doing homework, which is not that different
               from face-to-face education.

The homework component includes similar conveniences and challenges for teachers or

students in face-to-face education or online education.
In order to achieve more from online classes, you need to complete the tasks and assignments

just the same way you do in regular classrooms. Although the online component makes it
harder to keep track of what needs to be done or decreases the motivation, there are some tips

               that you can use:
-Be organized; create a time table so you can keep track of what needs to be done and when.

Make sure you take notes during online classes for any task or homework that is pending

including the deadlines and the other relevant details.
-Gather information and find resources to help you with your tasks or assignments. Bookmark

pages that you will use later on and make notes about the details you need to use.

-Do not leave your work to the last minute. Start in advance and take breaks when you are
tired or lose motivation. Plan your homework or assignment so you can have mini tasks to

complete which will make it easier for you to complete.
-When you are home, you will need to structure your time and routines during online

education. Make sure you have a study space which is well-lit, warm and comfortable to work
in and you have all the necessary materials. Do not study or do your homework in bed; do not

snack while doing your work or studying. Approach the tasks as if you are at school and be

               formal about your work.

               2.1.3. ATTENDANCE
The absence of rigid attendance requirements and the possibility to watch taped classes are

regarded as personal autonomy areas and considered as positive aspects of online education
               by the students.

The same autonomy may have negative effects as it pushes some students into complete

irresponsibility and indifference to the lessons because they are not exposed to external
