You may have issues related to technical issues such as lack of consistent Wi-Fi
connection or devices to use for online education. For such issues, you can consult your

school and ask for help. Technical problems need to be solved immediately for you to
engage in your courses. In some countries, help desks or support points are provided for

               students who need technical assistance.
You may also need improved digital skills. For this, you can ask your school to support

you with additional training or to provide you with tutorials. If you lack digital skills, it

will be very difficult for you to keep up with your classes.
The same goes for digital assignments. If you are given an assignment to turn back in a

digital format, you need to make sure that you know how to use the specific format for
the task and how to send it to your teacher. Ask your teacher to explain in more detail

and ask fur support if you need help in this area.
If you have issues with self-regulated learning, you may not notice when you need help

either. Since interaction is also problematic online, your situation may go unnoticed. So

you need to think carefully about the areas that you may need support and do not hesitate
to ask your peers, teachers or your school.

If you lag behind your classes, make sure you communicate with your classmates about

the new content, the assignments and discussion topics. Do not hesitate to ask your
teacher if you cannot get satisfactory answers from your classmates.

If you realize that you do not understand the material taught during class, ask your
teacher for additional materials that will help you. Different resources may help you with

               content.
If you do not know how to develop organizational skills or time management skills, ask

your peers for ideas and consult your teacher.

If you have issues related to feelings of isolation or loneliness, ask your friends and
family for support. You can organize virtual activities with your peers to watch movies,

to play games or just to chat. Ask your parents to set aside a family time to spend
               together doing fun stuff.

If you experience feelings of stress, anxiety and frustration, try physical exercise, healthy
living and relaxation methods. If the problem is persistent, you may need professional

support. Do not hesitate to ask for professional support if your sleep and ability to

concentrate is affected and if it interferes with your school work or friendships.
