VALITS Assessment Tool

The VALITS Assessment Tool makes transversal skills and competences of seasonal workers
visible and provides them with career pathway advice. It offers the user a 1-hour assessment

test that visualises all interactions and supports a variety of media used in testing while
keeping the user’s attention and motivation during the testing time. The Validation Tool

consists of a rich compilation of skills tests and questions to detect transversal skills and

competences. Users can prove their skills in an objectively rated format and can use those
results for further career opportunities.
