important here since you will need to make note of what resource you are using for which
class. You can also use the bookmark option to have the chance to go back to what has been
studied previously. Being organized will help you a lot in this regard. You need to be able to
find these resources quickly and know where they fit into units and lessons. You can always
ask your teacher to provide you with the relevant links or pages to study later as well. If you
do not know how to manage online resources, you can ask for support.
There are many advantages of open educational resources (OERs) you can find on the internet
almost on any topic. They are digital texts, multimedia, and other resources—like textbooks,
workbooks, and tutorials. You can access these materials repeatedly from any place; you can
share them with your peers for joint study, they include videos and audios to enhance learning
and they are fun. However, they can also be low quality; there may be technical issues to
access some materials and they may limit interaction since they are designed for individual
study. When you have questions about the quality of a material or how to use a specific OER
to study a topic, ask your teacher for support.
9) TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Time is an invaluable resource. It flows relentlessly with a certain rhythm. We cannot turn
back time. Time is a democratically shared resource. We all have 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. We cannot buy, save, borrow, steal, or change time in any way. All we can do is make
the most of the time we have.Time has only one behavior: it flows endlessly. It cannot be
collected, stored, reproduced, or spent. Many of those who complain about lack of time are
those who do not now how to use the time well. Just like any other resource, time can be used
effectively or wasted.
