4.7. CYBER BULLYING
Cyber bullying is the intentional and repeated harassment of someone online by using

electronic devices such as phones or computers. It is a crime and should be reported as soon
as possible. There are some measures you can take to minimize the chances of being cyber

bullied such as arranging your privacy settings in your accounts to allow only your friends to
reach you, not giving personal information that can reach to strangers, not answering or

writing back to hurtful comments or messages, not over sharing and being polite to others in

your comments and posts to set a good example. Don't retaliate if someone is trying to hurt
you online but please inform your parents or teachers immediately.

               5) SETTING UP A STUDY ENVIRONMENT AND ROUTINE (ERGONOMIC AND
                   PRODUCTIVE STUDY)
               5.1. ERGONOMICS

Ergonomics is the practice of making the work environment more efficient by minimizing
human fatigue and discomfort, and maximizing safety.

Ergonomics creates an environment in which the machine can use the human's abilities and

humans can use the machine in the most effective way. For example, a job to be performed
using fingers will also need to be in accordance with the natural structure and abilities of the

finger. Indeed the principle of ergonomics was used in the development of products such as
typewriters, telephones, computer keyboards, toothbrushes, etc. The shape of the seats, the

position of the signs and control buttons on items, noise, sound and light levels and many
more are within the scope of ergonomics. (ITU Ergonomics Group, 2012).
