Zoom Meetings is a proprietary videotelephony software program developed by Zoom Video
Communications. The free plan allows up to 100 concurrent participants, with a 40-minute

time restriction. Users have the option to upgrade by subscribing to a paid plan. The highest
plan supports up to 1,000 concurrent participants for meetings lasting up to 30 hours.

Zoom is widely known and used for interviews.

Google Meet

Google Meets is another widely used video-communication service available for everyone
with a Google account. It allows a meeting for up to 100 participants. With Google workspace

(for a business admin) or G Suite (for education) it can be extended to up to 250 participants

and livestreamed to as many as 100,000 people. Users can also share their screens, use real-
