               Tips and advice for interviews


               There are many tools available for stakeholders who train people and who select people for

               employment or internships etc via online tools. In the current digitalisation era, interviews are
               often held online, a trend that started before the COVID pandemic, but has much intensified

               since then.

               HireVue  and  other  vendors  provide  a  video  interviewing  software,  that  allows  to  replace
               direct, phone or live screens with recorded video interviews and to make a preselection of job

               candidates:

               These platforms that use ai are regularly used by larger stakeholders not only for assessments
               as described above, but also for interviews after a first assessment screening.

               These  interviews  can  be  in  recorded  format  where  the  job  applicant  has  received  a  set  of
               questions  and  is  answering  them  by  recording  his  answering.  Specific  ai  software  then  is

               screening these videos for body language, expressions, content, speech  patterns and use of
               language and is then rating the applicants for suitability and conducts a pre-selection.
